Air Turbine Propeller provides a selection of different fan construction materials and finishes to offer a wide range of combinations to suite your requirements.
Construction Materials
Air Turbine Propeller offers a wide variety of materials and finishes for your fan needs. One of the most common materials is carbon steel but we offer fans constructed from mill run galvanized steel, aluminum, and various grades of stainless steels. If you have a material you'd like us to use, please let us know as we are not just limited to those mentioned.

Finishes
Along with construction material options, there are many finishes available as well. From industrial grade paint to hot dip galvanizing, Air Turbine Propeller has the finish you need for your axial fan. If you need something that isn't listed, don't worry, as we can accommodate most requests.

| Industrial Enamel Paint | Gray is standard. Custom colors available. Will resist temperatures to about 200F. |
| High Temp Aluminum Paint | Good to about 500F. |
| Epoxy paint. | Gray is standard. Custom colors available. Will resist temperatures to about 200F. |
| Zinc Plating | Good corrosion resistance. Some variability in color/tone. Good to about 500F. |
| Hot Dipped Galvanizing | Excellent corrosion resistance. Heavily textured/rough finish. Good to about 500F. |
