Order Review

Customers should review the all order information for accuracy. In the event that you do not agree with any of the order details, you will need to respond within 24 hours for all shipments with a normal lead time of two-to-three weeks. For orders under our Quick Ship program (3 days) Air Turbine must receive an e-mail within two hours indicating that the order is not correct, at which point we will contact you for clarification. If Air Turbine does not receive an automated error indicating that the e-mail was not delivered successfully, we will assume that you have reviewed and approved the order.

Quick Ship Program

Our Quick Ship Program is to accelerate fabrication and shipment to three days or less to accommodate emergency needs. All Quick Ship requests are subject to available capacity and resources. Each Quick Ship request will be reviewed with our production planning department to determine if we can meet the request. All Quick Ship requests made past noon will result in the first of the three days starting following day. The Quick Ship fee is the greater of $50 or 20% of the order value.

Payment Terms

Air Turbine Propeller Company’s standard terms are 1% 10, Net 30.

Limited Warranty

Air Turbine Propeller Company, the manufacturer, warrants that for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase it will repair, or at its option replace, any new propeller which proves defective in material or workmanship. All repairs and replacements shall be F.O.B. factory. All claims must be made in writing and approved by the manufacturer. In no event and under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable for (a) damages in shipment; (b) failure due to operation, intentional or otherwise, and (d) non-authorized expenses for removal, inspection, transportation, repair or rework. Nor shall manufacturer ever be liable for consequential and incidental damages, or in any amount greater than the purchase price of the product. This warranty is in LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY CONSTITUTE ALL BUYER’S OR USER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AND ARE IN LIEU OF ANY RIGHTS TO RECOVER FOR NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF WARRANTY, STRICT TORT LIABILITY OR UPON ANY OTHER THEORY. Any legal proceedings arising out of the sale or use of this product must be commenced within 18 months of the date of purchase.
