Air Turbine Propeller operates a state of the art laboratory and research center, acknowledged by HVAC&R engineers as one of the finest test facilities in the air handling industry. Lab personnel conduct rigorous testing of all Air Turbine products, perform specialized research in vibration and sound analysis and offer engineering assistance and testing services to Air Turbine Propeller's customers. The inlet-outlet test chamber of the laboratory is constructed in accordance with ASHRAE standard 51-75 and AMCA standard 210-85 and is capable of testing propellers that are up to 60 inches in diameter. FFT analyzers facilitate resonance frequency tests and modal analysis. Laboratory personnel have been instrumental in improving the current product line and developing new propeller styles, while affording customers the opportunity to benefit from the latest technology in sound and performance testing. Air Turbine is at the cutting edge of the industry in conducting sound intensity measurements. Acoustical testing is in accordance with ANSI S12.12. Accurate and complete test data, combined with our in-house acoustical software, enables the determination of noise properties at any operating point. |

AIR TURBINE LIMITED WARRANTY Air Turbine Propeller Company, the manufacturer, warrants that for a period of 1 year from date of purchase it will repair, or at its option replace, any new propeller which proves defective in material or workmanship. All repairs and replacements shall be F.O.B. factory. All claims must be made in writing and approved by the manufacturer. In no event and under no circumstances shall manufacturer be liable for (a) damages in shipment; (b) failures or damages due to misuse, abuse, improper installation of abnormal conditions of temperature, dirt, water or corrosives; (c) failures due to operation, intentional or otherwise, and (d) non-authorized expenses for removal, inspection, transportation, repair or rework. Nor shall manufacturer ever be liable for consequential and incidental damages, or in any amount greater than the purchase price of the product. This warranty is in LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY CONSTITUE ALL BUYER'S OR USER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AND ARE IN LIEU OF ANY RIGHT TO RECOVER FOR NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF WARRANTY, STRICT TORT LIABILITY OR UPON ANY OTHER THEORY. Any legal proceedings arising out of the sale or use of the product must be commenced within 18 months of the date of purchase. |
